7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include all accessories and original contents.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or installed

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or special-order products

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first.

Once your original item has been approved and returned, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, HOOLLAA will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
